Pre Primary (go to “Schedule” tab for weekly class schedule)
This ages 5–7 program focuses on development of various skills such as coordination through a movement, motor skills, listening skills, and development of a child’s natural creativity. This is the best age to develop their body movement skills in a playful setting.
The program is designed to introduce children to the classical dance and to teach them the first ballet steps. The tasks are more challenging, and their execution is precise. This is the first stage of understanding and experiencing the ballet.
The children learn their first terminology of classical dance, familiarize themselves with the first steps of ballet training, step combinations at the barre, at the center of the dance floor, moving diagonally and in a circle. These classes help to develop body agility, movement coordination, space awareness, creativity. Our students will practice their first dance arrangements in this level.
Age: at least 5 by September 1st. The group is attended by children whose age difference is no more than 2 years. In our point of view, this is very important.
