TEN of the students from BISD and other ballet schools in San Diego are going together to the Segerstrom Center for the Arts on December 9, 2016 to experience live the performance of The Nutcracker performed by The American Ballet Theater, Exquisite choreography by Alexei Ratmansky. Misty Copeland and Herman Cornejo are dancing the major parts and are amazing to watch and learn from. December 9, 2016 at 7:00pm. See you there. are someones to see !
Alexei Ratmansky’s sumptuous production of The Nutcracker. A cast of more than 100 performers will take audiences on a dreamlike adventure, amid colorful, larger-than-life scenery, dancing toy soldiers, mischievous mice, sparkling snowflakes, and a glittering Christmas tree! Audiences will be thrilled by ABT’s most celebrated dancers and delighted by sets and costumes by Tony®-winning designer Richard Hudson as the ballet unfolds to Tchaikovsky’s beloved score.
